The
air conveyor is made for conveyance of powdered, grained and
likewise material. Material is being dosed from a tank by some
other implement (worm conveyor, valve, etc.) into air conveyor.
The air conveyor then interchangeably insufflates air and
material into system and material goes through pipes to the
final tank.
Characteristics:
Capacity depends on type of material, length and diameter of pipes and height
that material is being conveyed to; the capacity is from 6 to 10
m³/h.
Consumption of compressed air is lower considering conventional
ways of air conveyance; it is about 300 m³/h.
The device operates automatically, so controlling is very simple.
The system offers possibilities for adjusting to specific
operation processes.
There is a possibility to control and supervise the device from
a distant spot.
The device is reliable and it is very quiet while operating,
without making any dust outside the system.
It does not require a special place because it has no bad impact
to the environment.
By this type of conveyance, the particles of material are not
being segregated; abrasive materials can be conveyed.
Air conveyor can be build in to already existing systems of air
conveyance which have suitable piping and a tank with suitable
system for dedusting.
