Chamber
rotary valve is for
uniformly and continuously discharging and dosing powdered and
grained non-abrasive materials in process industry. At the same
time, it can be used as slide valve.
Device has robust construction. It consists of
casing and rotor, which are made from welded steel elements. At
casing is arranged lateral orifice, which is used for side, opening
and cleaning of rotary valve. Rotor is divided in eight chambers and
is leant on ball bearings in closed casings, which are moved off
from rotary valves casing. Sealing is special arranged what ensures
that rotary valve works without raising dust. Drive of rotary valve
is arranged with motor reduction gears with hollow shaft.
Chamber rotary valve capacity depends of the
speed, type of materials and coefficients of occupancy.
Standard input / output openings are square and
round, but if necessary can be rectangular. Rotary chamber valve can
be made from carbon or stainless steel or in combination (housing
made from carbon steel and rotor from stainless steel). In addition
to standard design of rotary chamber valve we produce special rotary
chamber valve according to the customers requirements.
